Night Scrabble

One of Jaina’s favorite thing is game night and her favorite game to play with me and Justin is Scrabble. It can get very intense sometimes! Lots of thinking and trying to beat each other at the game to see who runs out of letters first and gets the highest score.

Here is some of Jolee’s school work

Jolee is a very good little artist. She loves art. It think one of the reasons why she loves it so much is because she can show case her creativity and it gives her something to focus on especially the details. 

 

21 months

This girl turned 21 months old. She’s almost to 2 y’all. In just 3 more short months. I can’t believe it! 

She’s starting to blossom into that between stage, not so much a baby anymore but not Quite a toddler yet.

She is definitely developing her own personality And becoming the life of the party. You love all eyes on you and all the attention on you for sure. You just light up the room when you are in it and put a big smile on everybody’s face. You will always be a beam of light in someone’s dark world 😊

You are funny. You like to go with the flow, you have little giggle that you think is funny and you like to make people laugh. 

You can say a lot! What’s that? Stop it! Hmm it’s good, it’s cute, it’s sticky just to name a few. You can repeat almost any word and can say Jolee. 

You can count to 10 and even skip count to 10. You like to watch Bubble Guppies and Team Umizumi. 

You are still a very picky eater. You will still eat baby food. You do not like pasta or meat. 

You are just the sweetest baby in the whole world

Thursday Talk

 Look at Tippy. She’s such a sweet cat. Jolee’s cat. She spends Most of her time with the girls in their rooms. A lot of times she will get up on the bed and sleep with Jolee wherever she is at are a lot of times she will be beside the crib. She will get close enough so Jewell can stick her arms out of the crib to pet her. She’s not a wild cat and doesn’t like to play much but I do find her in some weird places around the house. 

And she is definitely Unique in the way she likes and such a beautiful cat I’ve never owned a cat was such a pretty coat.

Sweet baby Cuddles. 

Jewell Hardly ever gets up in my arms and goes to sleep. She will hug me and hold me and she does like to get my lap and give me a big hug but she hardly ever falls asleep on me. when she does I like to soak in the moment and just hold her as long as I can before putting her down in her crib

Pleased to hear they definitely like to pick on each other as little as Jewell as she can stand her own. Jolee loves to take a bath with Jewell especially if it is a bubble bath. They like to splash Water in each others face and they just laugh and giggle and scream and have a ghetto tile. Sometimes if my patience has good I let them stay in the bath for a long time and play together

Girl Scout Cookie Time Covid Style

 Isn’t she just the cutest. Always brings a smile to everyone’s face. Such a happy baby.

You might’ve wondered where your Girl Scout cookies were this year well........

Cookie time looked a little different this year. Yes both girls are still in Girl Scouts. During the fall our group leader honestly did not know how cookie season would be this year with Covid still going on people still wearing their masks and also a lot of people are still Homeschooling their kids and not getting out and about as much. They didn’t even know if we were going to be able to do any cookie booths this year. We have to turn our cookie order in before Christmas so I decided to not get as many boxes this year as the years pass and boy was I glad I put in a small order. I only got two cases each of each kind of cookie this year.

Right before January 16 when cookie season started boom we got hit with Covid we were completely out and not able to sell for almost 3 weeks. I was kind of in a panic on what we were going to do because cookie season is such a short period of time and if you do not sell your cookies then you owe for all the boxes you placed an order for. As soon as we were well and able to go out of the house we booked it around the neighborhood two different times and went and sold at our old street. I also sold to a few coworkers and a few family members. And then boom we were out a whole week with bad weather and then cookie season was over with. Ha the shortest cookie season ever! I had a lot of friends and family members and customers of yours pass that were pretty bummed that they did not get their cookies this year. The girls did not even get to do a cookie booth sale this year either. But I was able to sell all of the cookies I did order and we were happy with that.

Fun on St. Patty’s Day

On St. Paddy’s day Stephanie and Saylor  were Still in town. We didn’t have much planned besides going out to Allie’s house for the day.

It was such a pretty day the weather was so nice to just hang out and be outside

We let the kids go wild and run around the house and pet all his cats

One of the reasons why Jaina wanted to go out to Allie’s house was to take a picture of Gilberts headstone. When Gilbert died she didn’t know what to do with him so Justin suggested we take him out to Allie’s place so she could go and visit him anytime she wanted to.

They chased each other around the house and got to swing

Then We went to Cameron to eat lunch and go to the park

We had some yummy Italian food From Gino’s

This park and all of its equipment has been the same since we were little we used to come to the same park and play

Allie at 70 on the Merry go round! 

The kids had lots of fun running around the park and so did as adults

It was getting late and Stephanie and saylor had to go back home to Houston so they left

Before leaving Cameron we went to the railroad tracks  because Jolee was begging us to put some pennies on the track and wait for the train to Run over them.

We waited and waited and waited and finally the train came by. She placed three pennies on the track and sound too she was a happy camper. We dropped Allie off at his house and then headed home for the day.
