I never posted Jewell's nursery so here it is. I love it!
When I first got pregnant I decided the baby would go in our guest room only because I had JUST finished the girls room and got them set up the way I wanted. I even had just finished the guest room and had it fixed up the way I wanted but things changed so I had to move some things around.
This is what it looks like as you walk in.
This room is pretty small. Since it's so small I wanted to keep it simple.
I went with a flower theme.
I bought letters and painted them pink and Justin mounted them on the wall for me. The gold frame came from Burlington Coat Factory along with the pink, white and gold flowers.
Her bed is iron. I wanted something simple and nothing wood or bulky. I bought her bed online at Bed, Bath and Beyond. Her bedding came from Buy Buy Baby and I LOVE it and my sister gave me her little fish tank to hang on the crib.
I originally had this twin in Jolee's room and a full size bed in here when it was a guest room but I to switch things around because I had to make things fit. So I bought a new iron headboard for the full size bed and put that in Jolee's room and I moved her twin into the babies room. It works for now.
I bought the pink bedding from Target and already had the pink curtains.
I bought these flower portraits a couple years ago and hung them in the babies room. I had a gold frame from my baby gender reveal that I hung and then placed a gold J that I had at my baby shower
Tim and Justin painted the room white for me and hung a new white fan in the room. I left my desk in the room for now. I figured it would be a few years before she starts really playing in her room and the computer could stay for now.
I had no room for a changing table or a dresser so I had to come up with a different idea and saw this one on pinterest.
So I bought several plastic containers and labeled them and have everything organized. I LOVE the way this turned out.
There is another closet in her room but for now I have my craft stuff in it and will move it to my closet once that times comes for all those toys, lol.
And that's it!
Plain and simple. Something I need in my life at 35 with a new born baby, lol.
